Our guarantee
We take great pride in cleaning your rental property back to the highest real estate standard. If the need arises, we’ll cover any return visit free of charge within one week of service.
Please note
- Walls and carpets may have stains, marks and damage that cannot be removed. Excessive wall marks and extra dirty carpets may incur a surcharge, clients are notified on arrival. Walls and carpets are not warranted under our bond guarantee.
- We are not responsible for emptying the home of excess rubbish or large bulky items; rubbish removal can be arranged as an extra service with a custom quote.
- For health and safety, we will not clean broken items (e.g. broken windows, glass cooktops, switches or sockets).
- Electricity, hot water access and parking are required to properly clean the property; paid parking is additional to the service bill.
Frequently asked questions
What’s included in an end of lease clean?
The kitchen (including the oven, range hood, and cabinets inside and out), bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms and laundry, plus skirting boards, light switches, blinds, internal windows and all accessible exterior windows, steam cleaning of all carpeted areas and light rubbish removal (up to one small bag).
Is carpet steam cleaning included?
Yes. Steam cleaning of all carpeted areas is part of every end of lease clean.
What is your bond-back guarantee?
If the agent or landlord needs anything re-cleaned, we’ll come back free of charge within one week of the service. Walls and carpets aren’t covered by the guarantee, as some stains, marks and damage can’t be removed.
Do you offer flea treatment or pet odour removal?
Yes, on request. Flea treatment to carpets and pet odour removal are available as extras, along with patios and decking, pressure washing of outdoor areas, fridges and fully furnished properties.
What do I need to provide on the day?
Electricity, hot water and parking. Paid parking is added to the bill. We bring all our own equipment and products.
