Bathrooms

• Scrubbing and disinfecting of bathtub, shower, tiles and grout (shower, backsplash, walls)
• Cleaning of toilet bowl, seat and exterior
• Cleaning and detailing of vanity, sink and tapware
• Cleaning of mirrors and glass surfaces
• Removing soap scum and grime from all required areas
• Cleaning and sanitising of accessories (towel rails, toilet paper holder, etc.)

Living areas & bedrooms

• Deep clean of all cupboards
• Any fixed surfaces, e.g. TV units and study nooks
• Cleaning of mirrors and glass surfaces

Laundry

• Cleaning of laundry sink and tapware
• Cleaning of shelves and storage areas

General / all rooms

• Vacuuming and mopping of floors
• Dusting and wiping of surfaces, including skirting boards, windowsills and light fixtures
• Wiping down doors, door frames and handles
• Cleaning of light switches and power outlets
• Removal of cobwebs and cleaning of blinds
• Spot cleaning of walls
• All windows cleaned and detailed internally, plus all accessible exterior windows
• Light rubbish removal (up to one small garbage bag)

Our guarantee

We take great pride in cleaning your rental property back to the highest real estate standard. If the need arises, we’ll cover any return visit free of charge within one week of service.

Please note

• Walls and carpets may have stains, marks and damage that cannot be removed. Excessive wall marks and extra dirty carpets may incur a surcharge, clients are notified on arrival. Walls and carpets are not warranted under our bond guarantee.
• We are not responsible for emptying the home of excess rubbish or large bulky items; rubbish removal can be arranged as an extra service with a custom quote.
• For health and safety, we will not clean broken items (e.g. broken windows, glass cooktops, switches or sockets).
• Electricity, hot water access and parking are required to properly clean the property; paid parking is additional to the service bill.
