In short: Brantjes Property Solutions provides home cleaning for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and for TAC clients across Eastern Melbourne. One-off or regular cleans cover the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping, by police checked, insured cleaners who bring their own equipment and products.

What’s included
- Kitchen, wiping down cupboard fronts, bench tops, sink and tapware, the outside of the oven, cooktop and range hood, the microwave and the outside of the fridge.
- Bathrooms, cleaning the vanity, toilet, shower, bath, fittings and mirrors.
- Living areas & bedrooms, light tidying, dusting and wiping surfaces.
- All rooms, dusting skirtings and sills, removing cobwebs, and sanitising light switches and door handles.
- Floors, vacuuming and mopping all hard floors.
How often
One-off cleans, or regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleans, whatever suits your routine and your plan.
Our team
Friendly, reliable cleaners with a keen eye for detail. All our cleaners are police checked and hold Working with Children checks, and we’re covered by public liability insurance. We bring our own professional equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products.

Are you a registered NDIS provider?
No. We’re an unregistered provider, and we clean for participants who self-manage their plan or use a plan manager.
Can I use my NDIS funding for cleaning?
Many participants use their plan’s core supports for household cleaning. What your plan covers depends on your plan and goals, so check with your plan manager or support coordinator.
I’m a TAC client. How do I book?
Call us or request a free, no-obligation quote, and let us know you’re a TAC client when you book. We’ll talk you through how your cleaning is arranged.
Can a family member or support coordinator book for me?
Yes. A family member, support coordinator or plan manager can arrange cleaning on your behalf.
How often can you clean?
Whatever suits you: one-off, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Are your cleaners police checked and insured?
Yes. All our cleaners are police checked and hold Working with Children checks, and we’re covered by public liability insurance.
